Project plan
After the initial consultation and you agree to employ ConstrucTech for your project, a dedicated Project Management Professional will be assigned. He/she will create a very detailed project plan, capturing every aspect of the layout & design work In addition, the plan with identify the necessary construction teams, the time-line for each project phase and of course the ever important budget. We customize your design according to your needs, budgets and wishes.
Select materials
Based on the agreed design, we will work closely with you to select the best materials to ensure the best finished project, while also keeping in mind the agreed upon budget
Budget and finance
Our team of experts will make sure to closely estimate the cost of the renovation (both labor and materials) and ensure you get the best possible price on the market.
Sign contract
All the details of your project and planned investment are carefully reviewed with you and our project team. Once we reach a mutual understanding and you approve our proposal. We will draft the contract for your review. Once this is signed, we will complete the formal construction plans and start the permits phase
Design and permits
with the final architectural plans and the necessary building permits, materials will be pre-ordered, to be aligned with each phase of the construction.
Construction and completion
the Project Manager assigned to your project, will make sure everything goes according to the plan. Regular meetings will be scheduled with you, to ensure you have a complete understanding of the progress and any possible items that may need your attention. As we approach the project completion and all required inspections have been signed off, then, ConstrucTech will perform a quality control check, to ensure that every detail of the project meets our high standards and of course your expectations.
